Yes it is really full weight bearing! I doesnt hurt, I only have trouble keeping my hip up as you can see. With the other leg it is like normal.

Hi!

Because I stayed for more than a month in the revalidation centre it costed me way much more than expected (60.000 will be the total amount probably)

But if not this where my estimations.
29.600 lenghening
3.000 cosmetic scar reduction
4500 3 months stay in Greece Airbnb
600 food
500 flights
1000 exta's
6000 for complications, extra surgeries, longer stay...
2000 nurse-aid at home
= 47.200

The rehab centre is 2700 euro every two weeks.

Dunno if you already answered that but what’s the reason you did the surgery, just asking out of curiosity, you already looked quite tall and also attractive

yes kind of. It is not something that I'm ashamed of doing. And if someone comes across, they have the same idea otherwise you wouldnt be on this forum.
I am doing LON. Hopefully my externals can go of very soon.

Because my last X-ray of last friday showed very little bone regeneration I needed to quit lengtening since yesterday. I have a CT scan tomorrow and hopefully I'm gonna see Dr. Giotikas to ask what the following plans are. So for now I'm not in consolidation phase yet. Some stupid 3 mm to go hahahaha

Thankyou,
I did the surgery because I was not happy with the proportion between my lower and upper legs. My lower legs always looked to small in my eyes. I also didnt walked very elegantly (I had kneecaps who were really pointing inwards) so I also did a rotation of my tibia's to fix that.

So to be clear, it was not to gain heigth (I was 167cm)

Why the price of LL is 29.600 ? The Dr.G's website says 22.000 is needed.

I have no idea about that. This was around the price I paid for LON (I think externals were 22.000, not sure)

You need to walk alot. Its the key to callous formation.
1,5 km a day. 5 days a week.
And also standup regularily throughout the day.
Doesnt have to be much. Like 5 minutes every hour if.

Calcium+ K2
And stay in sun for 40 min. If not sunny day take 5000IU D vitamin

Did you measure your tibia to femur ratio before the surgery? I doubt it was that out of proportion. The post op results still look good, though. Longer legs work better on women anyways.

I think there are studies that demonstrate that they work better overall on anyone, without making the ratios weird i mean
