achilles tendon tightness at 2cm tibia lengthening

hey, guys I'm currently doing tibia lengthening with dr sarin. I'm on 2cm but my left leg Achilles tendons are so tight, right leg tendon is not tight as much as the left one.  I have the skinny toned athletic leg. I'm worried can i go up until 6m ? any opinions advice please
