Just like many internal dairy such as Doitforme from 167cm to 175cm, and he uses insole to keep propotion and make himself taller.
7-7.5cm increased in fumer would be totally 9-9.5cm increased with insole for people lower than average height, much more than just doing Lon in tibia within 6.5cm without insole.

But

Even just 7-7.5cm in femur, the mechanical axis change by the surgery may cause arthritis after decades.

So the potential arthritis problem matters.

What's your opinion friends?

Less is more.
Maybe one cm up or down could not change your appearance.
But one cm more is definitely do harm to joint than one cm less.
English is not my first language.
