$45000 budget, who to go for?

Can anyone recommend who they think would be the best surgeon to go to with a $45000, £36000, 40000Euro budget.

I want to do cross lengthening

Bruh, you’re about to break your legs in HALF, put all your nerves, tendons, veins blood vessels bondes EVERYTHING at risk, & you’re basing that off a budget? Do NOT do LL until you can afford the best. Buyer BEWARE

Dr. Rozbruch. If you have medical insurance the deposit would be significantly less than $30,000. Finance the operation and save your $45,000.
