It’s muscle atrophy, and that doesn’t include fat. So, if you not only don’t exercise, but have a poor diet, you’ll have fat, cellulite legs with no tone. I’m not sure how you think this is desirable...
Almost all men like toned thighs and butts. At any rate, please don’t just waste away and not exercise if you do LL. Firstly, this is poor practice for your legs as you need to be as active as possible. Exercise and walking and stretching promotes the tendon health during limb lengthening and recovery back to normal.
