Has anyone here done humerus lengthening?
« on: November 09, 2018, 01:54:25 AM »

I would like to know the limit and the potential complications. I'm asking because it's been awhile since I've done any research on this and iirc the limit was about 1.5 inches or 4cm per arm.

IAmReady got it done... But he had very good results from LL/AL and has vanished and is now living the good life.

I'm also curious about the limitations of humerus lengthening.

Is it possible to lengthen each arm by 5 centimeters? Also I wish more people who underwent arm lengthening would give feedback, I can't seem to find too much useful information.

Kevin Debishard http://www.limbplastx.com/ is willing to do a maximum of 2-3 inches on the humerus when I messaged him, but I don't know if that is safe.

Is the humerus supposed to be longer than the ulna/radius? I always thought it was the other way around.
