Being tall
« on: October 22, 2018, 04:05:10 AM »

Being tall doesnt automatically make you superior. It just makes a person tall. A person can be tall but have brittle bones. A person who is tall can get sick. We have more than one body system. There is a cardiovascular system, the respiratory system, the endocrine system, the nervous system..and the reproductive system.. etc. Being tall is not an indicator of health or intelligent. It really is better to be healthy and intelligent regardless of height. Also so what? Who cares if someone is tall. aside from all the heightism that is out there. Physical strength has its limitations. Okay so you are physically strong that means you may be able to do hard labour, or athletism. But also anything that has to do with physicality also requires skills..brain skills. So just being tall is not an indicator of that. Also even when it comes to sport there has been short athlteres who were faster than their taller counterparts. Furthermore we dont live in the cave area. We live in the science, technology, and information era. That means that even if a person was 'physically weak.'' machines are  twice as powerful than any human strength.. in conclusion, no one is superior than anyone. Everyone has their stregnths and weakness. And thats how we should see eveeryone. Because everyone has something that someone else doesnt have.

And being tall sure doesnt make a person who is caring, compassion, treats people fairly, intelligent,, responsible..good conversationalist. It doesnt GIVE you these qualities. Its just 1 trait out of soo many traits people can be.

You are right in theory. But it simply doesn't matter. You are perceived as less naturally by the minds of other people and modern day heightism is at an all time high as well which doesn't help.

Im not right in ''theory'' Its just the truth. I am ''perceived'' as less because of prejudice and shallow world. I am perceived at less because people dont look beyond the surface. We never have. Just look at racism, sexism...and all the other isms. Judging peoples worth based on physical factors we cant control. We need to see that people come in different sizes..tall short and medium..because they do.

I agree that heightism has certainly increase in the past decade. And people in generally habve come more shallow. They want the ''illusion of hollywood.'' Which is tall, physical beauty and talent. The ''entire package. So that eliminates short people, ugly people, overweight people, people with physical disabilities, people with mental disabilities, And creates a survival of the fittest world. It destroys compassion. grace, mercy and forgivness. Its demanding us that we either be perfect..close to it..or be left behind. Thats our world now. Its very sad. And I literally blame the Kardashian for it. Heightism is r eally bad now because people impacted by heightism lets it happen. No protests..no rallies..no one fighting back. ANd no widespread of heightism. Heightism ..i think EVERYONE  knows about lookism and heightism..but they dont want to admit they are doing it..

About the things that should matter in the world. Unfortunately that's not the case. That's my point
