If you have the money to do one surgery with one of the top doctors which one would you choese and why ? Another qustion do you think after doing 8cm on fumer with one of these doctors u would return back to normal ?

I think the best doctor in America is Paley, in Europe doctor Guichet and Betz are similar. In Asia doctor Donghoon Lee.

That's my desired/ideal amout of lengthening too! No more and no less. But if I have to do less to recover and look good then I will.

I chose Paley as he is clearly the best US dr.

If I was in Europe I would have gone with Guciet.

With Paley despite the high cost, X-rays and PT is included and therefore you have both the dr.'s and therapists monitoring you. So far, despite it being difficult, the experience seems like it would be best here.

I think I'll start with 4CM on my tibiae. It's a reasonable amount, and if I feel that my height neurosis hasn't gone away after that, I'll do 4Cm on femurs.

I'd go to Betz since he gets the job done without too much of a pre-op hassle like some other doctors.

Dr. Rozbruch has a strong reputation and tons of experience, I would choose him if money was not a consideration.

8cm on femurs, that's depending on individual.  For one thing your starting bone length is a factor, anything over 20% is higher risk.

Would Paley be safer alternative than Guichet?
I'd be willing to go to america and pay extra if it increased my sfety just a tiny bit.

Safety isn't a big issue with CLL unless you go to an incompetent doctor.  A higher price doesn't even necessarily equal more safety.  Ilizarov frames are safe, they're just uncomfortable and leave lots of scars.  With the higher-priced internal methods you're paying for comfort and less scarring moreso than safety.

I'd have gone to Dr Paley if I could afford it due to his reputation and the fact that I'd still be on the payroll while lengthening in Florida because I'd still be in the country. Unfortunately I couldn't justify staying on payroll while out of the country to the other officers.

Still, I don't regret going to Dr Parihar at all. I think he's top quality in terms of moral character and his reputation in India and abroad is probably comparable to Dr Paley's prestige in the USA.
