Tibial lengthening

Hi guys, I have a question for wise people here, what do you think it's better, internal tibia lengthening with Dr. Paley, or external tibia lengthening with another Dr. as Paley doesn't practice external method? In this case who you think it's the best one?  My goal is 6,5cm. Thanks

wow i wish i had that kind of money. paley charges huge loads of cash. too bad il hav to choose a lower doc.
