Been lurking around on this forum for a while and from what I have understood so far is that going over 5 cm at any point comes with a lot of risks. Strongly recommended by veterans like Sweden, BodyBuilder to not aim anything in excess of 5-6 cms. My question is how much less (or more for that matter) would the risks/complications be if the length is split 5-6 cm each in tibia and femur to going for 10 cm for example only in tibia or femur.

It’s max 5-6 cm tibia and around 8 cm for femurs but a lot really depends on your body at the minute realistically the taller you are generally the more you can lengthen but it all depends on what the doctor recommends and what they safe is safest amount you can go every doctor or most all have a different safe limit so it would take you to look around
