I've read through all your posts/threads and from what I gather, I think you should try to get in shape before anything else.
You keep saying your legs are short, I don't see it as most have told you. Secondly, you are carrying a good amount of fat, if you can lose it around your obliques, your legs might appear longer because you don't have fat hanging down making it appear like you have a longer torso and shorter legs than you really do. Getting in shape is one of your goals isn't it? So that's 2 birds with 1 stone, but no, you want it quick, so make an effort to get a doctor(s) that'll get you on TRT for Klinefelter, or get your own. 3 birds with 1 stone, why don't you do that before you bother making more posts about LL, it isn't going to fix everything in your life.
You've got to also be realistic, in one of your posts you mentioned for the most part, that you want to be lean and not swole, but with Klinefelter, will that really be possible without blasting gear? Stuff like this you have to think about, there's trade offs and you can't always have it all at once. Example would be if you were a natural body builder, it is impossible for you to be shredded and full/round, it's one way or the other. A lot of things you've mentioned you want conflict with each other like such but I'm not going to spoon feed you the answers, if you have half a brain you'll figure it out and actually have more realistic ideas and plans for what you want to do.
