Yoga after Ll
« on: July 20, 2018, 02:08:37 PM »

Is it possible to practice Yoga after surgery? Is it a light discipline but which practices a lot of stretching in the legs! do you think it would be possible?

I do yoga all the time, so yes. But certain poses will be harder, depending on if you do LL in your tibias or femurs, and how much you lengthen.

I do yoga. In fact it's highly recommended to improve flexibility..

I concur with that. Yoga is good for flexibility, you can do it for sure after LL but some poses will be more difficult. I did 11cm on femurs and still manage most poses.
