to practice swimming, after the lengthening period can give benefits in terms of both joint and muscle recovery? or better to avoid?

Swimming will definitely help the recovery process but keep in mind your legs will be weak so make sure you have somebody supervising you.

thanks for the answer, I think that sport should be the best for post surgery because in body weight the body feels less facilitating movements... right?
