You hear all the time that when people break a bone a lot of the time it grows back more stronger then it was before so really my question is when you lengthen your legs tibia, femur or both will they grow back stronger or weaker then they were before and is the old wives tale that you’d need to warm up longer then normal because your bones aren’t as strong true thanks

Bone strength is not a problem.
Personally I feel my bone weaker when the cut was done but still that doesnt mean it is prone to break.

So the bone is not better than before LL. But won't cause any problem either

agree, new bone won't/can't be as strong as original/natural old bone but should/would be good enough to carry one for life

Just in case since you said "stretched bone," the bone isn't stretched at all. It's brand new bone filling in a gap.

there may be a brief period in the healing process when the fracture site is stronger than the surrounding bone. But they later reach equal strength, and the fracture site is no more or less likely to break again.

I’ve always wondered what would happen if one broke his/her leg after lengthening day two years down the road. Would a normal doctor be able to treat it or would you have to go back to you ll doc ?

If you've had your rods removed, it's no different from any other fracture. Just see a local orthopedist.

If you still have rods and there's breakage, it's better to have a LL doctor that's used to treating that. But a regular orthopedist that's used to trauma surgery should be fine too, allow them to get in touch with your LL doctor if you can.
