Hi everyone, I've been following this forum for a long time (even before registering) and I constantly read people's diaries.
But usually, people only post negative reviews (trying to find support).
I’ve been wanting to share my own experience for a while now, but I kept putting it off.
I think this might help someone decide to go through with the surgery, because when I was reading a few years ago, there were very few positive long-term results (especially after two surgeries)

I had my first surgery in 2019 (on the femurs, gained about ~7 cm), and my second surgery was in 2022 (about ~6 cm).

I had the surgeries in Turkey. I don’t mention the names of the doctors (so no one thinks it’s an advertisement). The doctors were different, but I believe that these surgeries are quite common in Turkey now, so many doctors have the same experience.

Overall, the issues were similar to what most people experience (some pain, difficulty sleeping, inability to sleep on the side, numb legs).
90% of the time I had almost no pain, so I was able to walk around the city with lon fixators, celebrate New Year’s, visit doctors, and so on without much trouble.

I was also riding a bicycle at that point, and by 6 months I was already riding a motorcycle


Around half a year later, I started going to the gym, and these were my results about a year after the surgery.

It's been about 3 years since the surgery. You can see the length of my legs in relation to my body.
(I don't have any photos or Instagram, so this is the first time I've taken a photo of myself in 3 years.)




A couple of weeks ago, I bought an enduro motorcycle, and for those who think that after two surgeries you'll be left with a disability

In both cases I used LON (you can see in the photos how the parrots loved sitting on them while I walked).
Initial height: ~171 cm
Right now ~184

Your lower body/legs looks proportionate to your upper ngl, what's ur wingspan and how much years have u been going to the gym

My arm length is around 170–175, but I don’t care about that. People worry about it for no reason. I don’t know anyone who’s ever noticed it - mostly, it’s only mentioned here on the forum.

As for the gym, I had some experience before (mostly at an amateur level), but after the surgery, I basically started from scratch.
After the surgery, I started going to the gym six months later, and I’ve been training for almost 2.5 years since then.

By the way, a little life hack: bones heal in just a couple of months when using testosterone

Yeah the proportions thing is pretty much a inside approach of the community, but I must say your proportions look absolutely natural and normal. That's why is a bit impressive.

My legs were short for my height. My friend is 160–165 cm tall and could reach the ground on a motorcycle just like me, even though I was 172 cm. So I made them more proportional xD

you probably have not measured your wingspan properly, you must be close to 1.80 because your proportions are like if your natural height was your current

Weird, maybe my arms grew? But now they're almost 180

Ha! no mate, your wingspan have been always like that, I'm exactly like this, 1.74cm tall but my wingspan is 1.79 that's why you look with perfect proportions

BTW what did you mean by using test makes the bone heal better? Were you using steroids durning your lenghtening or after? Tell me more about it pls

Yes, I was taking minimal doses of Sustanon (it’s freely sold in Turkey) after the healing stage had begun.
Since I know about HRT/post-cycle therapy, etc., it wasn’t a problem for me.
This helped accelerate consolidation and healing

Do you really think people will notice a few centimeters difference in arm length? My friend, who is slightly shorter than me, has hands that are a whole palm longer. That doesn’t affect proportions. Everyone has different proportions—there are no perfect ones.
The forum added so many pointless worries.

Exactly, wingspan is such a pointless metric, I have never in my life looked at someones arm length in relation to their height.

First operation 2019 (LON femur) 18k $ + 2k lon removing
Second 2021 (LON tibia) 20k + 2k

taking into account flights, medicines and other related expenses, I think less than 45k, but now it will be a little more expensive.

Both doctors are good.
I contacted the assistant again for the second operation (with the same company), their doctor changed, I do not know why, but everything went just as well.
