My mockups - 172cm to 178/180cm
« on: December 08, 2024, 11:51:50 AM »

I want some opinions on my mockups.
I know that my tibias are an above-average length relative to your femurs, so proportion-wise would be better to gain length on femur.
But unfortunately, the budget is an issue so I'm considering tibia as well, I just want to know if it will look so off...

In the following mockup (https://imgur.com/egUHLXZ) you can see:

- the original pic with my starting height 172cm
- mockup with +6cm on tibia
- mockup with +8cm on femur

Tell me what you think about it, is the one on the tibia still acceptable?

I forgot to mention:
my wingspan is around 177cm, so 5cm longer than my actual height

If your tibias are already longer than average, I would definitely go femur.

There's much more published work pointing to joint problems with a high t/f ratio (tibia dominant) rather than a low one (femur dominant).

Plus you could hit that holy 180cm mark! Woohoo!

Proportions: 53% leg; .77 t/f ratio.
Goal: 7-8 cm on femurs with P 2.2.
Debating between Dr Birkholtz and Dr Assayag.
