Femur axis deviation during lengthening
« on: October 19, 2024, 08:41:22 AM »

I've heard that for every cm lengthened in femur, the mech axis undergoes deviation by x amount of mms and it becomes visually apparent past 6 cm mark for most males, therefore Birkolhz and other docs don't recommend going above 6-6.5 cm mark on femur.

That bodybuilder guy who overlengthened at LLT developed X legs due to the reason above.

Will I be guaranteed to not get X knees if I lengthen just 5 or 6 cm on femurs?

Dr. Franz's opinion would be very insightful on this matter if he sees this post, so, please, answer this question Dr. Franz.
