I was thinking the possibility of asking a reconstructive traumatology surgeon to perform LL on me. In my country are several very reputable doctors who do this but they don't offer cosmetic procedures (it might be something law related) anyway doctors love money and I'm sure some of them are willing to skip the rules. How would you propose to them something like this? How much would you pay for Ilizarov on tibias under this circunstances?

The advantage is I would not be required to travel to another country and would save money.
