Post surgery experience diary heightincrease info
« on: July 10, 2024, 02:34:31 AM »

Hi everyone,

Charlie here
So I’ve been wanting to share my post surgery experience with you all I got my surgery done on 24th June. The hospital and hygienic food was great. Even certain premium customisation such as coconut water could be asked for on the daily diet for surgery. I didn’t had any pain I had to use epidural so after three days, the line was removed

I was able to feel my legs, move the ankle and the toes most of the day was spent resting. The hospital team was already experienced with patients undergo similar surgery, so they had so they had their dos and donts plus all the Support material such as extra pillows available right away.

As per both, the doctors message went well had no pain of fever on day one at night. There was a bit of uncomfortable while sleeping with Man like stressed up and little bit of a stretch in my legs. I’m not straight sleeper. So the first day getting sleep, was the hardest part, the nurses had help me with the medicine. Got sleep late at night for that day. I woke up early the next morning, the uncomfortable feeling was not there the next morning that’s all for the one I post my day 2 journey tomorrow, planning to write this diary on daily basis, really excited for the results.

Not a frequent visitor to this forum so forgot about the diary.
Here are quick updates as of 13th August

No pain as such, the journey is going well. I have achieved 1.6. cm on tibia as of my last x-ray. Got massive 1.5 cm compression due to standing and me being overweight. BMI being 30.

Standing on legs with new height however did feel good. Too bad I have kind of stopped it to reduce compression. Daily, I was able to compare my height with other staff members and it was a moment of joy that motivated me well.

My daily routine is going as usual -
Wake up at 7/8 am go and freshen up.
9 am have breakfast
10 am get to work
12 pm physio session plus strength training takes about 30 mins for me
Get back to work
2 pm lunch
2:30 post lunch nap lol
4 pm back to work
4:30 physio session
7:30 strength training (self) I do this for about an hour with aiming 30 mins in fat burn zone
8:30 protein shake and cravings
9 dinner
I usually sleep around 1 am

Have my third x ray tomorrow or day after hopefully I would have gain about an inch overall
Will keep you posted

Callus on the last x ray was good; btw doing this 3rd x ray after just 10 days to check on the fibula bone. There was no visible gap last time for fibula maybe callus or maybe bone formation( which I am not hoping for )

Will keep you peeps posted.

Hi everyone,

Apologies for delay in replying. I rarely visit this forum. It’s just some banter that reminds of this place.

So update-
Achieved 7.5 on right leg and 7.2 on left. Would end lengthening this Sunday.
Finally have reached my target - YAY!!
Would hold for about a week as per rehabs instructions and then get frame removal next Sunday

I had done a lot of stretching and cardio plus walking before coming here so didn’t had any issues with muscle tightness etc
Journey went smooth. Ankles are still soft and have no ballerina

And replying to questions on post - yes I went with height increase info in India
For all the negative people who bomb other posts please spare me,  I want to keep a positive mindset, hope you could understand. Will post X-ray pics soon need to figure out imgur

Pajeet scammers are on the loose today. No, nobody believe you. Heightincreaseinfo is a scam meat grinder.

NOBODY SHOULD EVER GO TO INDIA NOT FOR TOURISM MUCH LESS TO LIMB LENGTHENING

Frame removal went well, and it feels awesome with all the freedom without the frame almost feels like I’ve got my legs back normal. Now I am focusing on recovery. Have started standing and weight exercises with 2. Kgs ankle weight. I was wondering if I should invest in my own ankle weights, could a fellow LL patient let me know if 2 kgs or 5 lbs would be a good long term investment, I mean would it still be a good resistance 3-6 months down the line ?

Standing went easy, though I thought that 1 inch difference as compared to my Physio would be a lot but it wasn’t. I now crave for more height so was thinking of femur. But got to save some money for it before I could afford it.

I’ll guess I’ll think upon it after I go back to normal life. Time is the only drawback that’s going to make me decide against it.
To all fellow peeps who think whether it would be worth it or not. I feel it’s worth it, if you are super short, this is basically a life changer for short guys, provided if you are okay with the risks chances of which are very minimal.

I’ll keep you all posted on my recovery. Post quicker recovery tips if you are a felllow LL patient.
See you again soon. Bye
