India is not only one of the poorest countries in the world but they are known to be professional scammers. Any sane person should not even consider India for tourism. They don't have sewers, streets, or any decent building there. You post as if nobody goes to other countries to study. Dr Parihar did his subspecialty training in the UK and USA. He's far more qualified than most docs doing this in the USA. As to the cleanliness, if you stay at a good hotel, you'll be living very comfortably while lengthening in Mumbai.

What do you imagine is going to happen? Mumbai has a lot of excellent hotels that a patient can stay in and feel amazingly comfortable.
