Says the person who is considering Paley Institute in poland, just because their Company name🤣 idiots everywhere

Unlike you, I've already successfully done my femurs and consulted with many doctors. Now, looking to do my tibias.
My reason for considering paley europe:
- first world country
- doctors trained by paley and have work experience at Paley US.
- Doctors do many non cosmetic cases, fix other non LL complication and have good profile.

Why I don't want to go with betz/gnail:
- most mechanical nails have delayed, non-unions
- becker is a plastic surgeon who only does cosmetic LL and recently started and has no experience fixing complication. Never did a nerve decompression and never fixed an infection.
- Gnail bends and assayag said he removed multiple bent gnails which caused deformity in the bone of his patients.
- Giotikas has a lot of good diaries but one of his patient died because he didn't prescribe blood thinners for gnail.
- Giotikas couldn't fix one patient who got complication from turkey.

There are other massive red flags that you don't know about. I don't have the energy to write them down and debate with shills. Giotikas with g-nail is as bad as well.
Both options are bad.
Gnail is cr*p but Giotikas uses precise 2 too. So I really don't think he is a bad choice, especially for his price.

USA - first world country, literally the lowest IQ in the western world, all people who are smart were braindrained from europe and asia (Rozbruch Polish, Paley Israeli) because of wars, anyone can enter capitol oraz try to kill candidate for president. It has elements of third world country as well.

Both are mid tier. A better option would be Birkholtz. I did surgery with Giotikas and still have pain from how he inserted the nail in my knee.

I did gnail in Athens. Everything went fine, got +9.2cm, now 15 months post surgery. I'm back to normal except that I still hand to use my hands to assist me standing up from a low chair/I couldn't perform a full bodyweight squat yet. Not really anything that much impacts day to day life though, can walk, jog, jump etc completely fine. Not sure about running as I never tried it as quite frankly I never have a need to run anywhere.

I will say Athens the city isn't really suited for LL-patients. Most of the sidewalks are very uneven, you can't really use your wheelchair outside because of this either. I didn't really know anyone who did anything more than go to PT classes and then return back to their accommodation. So mentally it can be hard but that's probably no different than anywhere if you go by yourself to a place you don't know.

No issues with the surgery and was lucky enough to not have complications, so can't speak for the crisis-management aspect of the team.

One last question you would consider Dr. Frank Birkhokz more than Dr. Becker and Giotikas even if I am German?

Excluding the surgery cost, how much money did you spend on everything else, including accommodation, food, services, PT and fees?
