Doing tibias and femurs

Question to those who did tibias and femurs ONLY -

How did you feel your body after lengthening femurs and tibias?
Did you come back to previous shape?

I've seen some people did femurs and those who train well almost came back to same physical condition as pre surgery!
But how about if you do both?

I'm just curious - for example if I play soccer, will I have same skills if I'll do femurs and tibia? Or there is no chance to be back?

For example surfing, volleyball etc - is it possible to do these sports after the surgery on femurs plus tibia?

Any videos of those who did quadrilateral limb lengthening surgery to see their shape?

I haven't done it yet, but I'll just tell you based on context to this surgery, very rarely will people come back to have athletics to when they were pre-surgery. Closest you'll get to that is with quad lengthening just to get close to your original biomechanics in your lower body, but even then it won't be the same since your soft tissue isn't really the same as before after it has healed, this is because it has become scar tissue and why it's important to not lengthen too fast so it'll give your soft tissue some time to catch up, compare that to bone where it even becomes denser than previously. Even if we count histogenesis where you get new cells for the soft tissue, you'll also have increased mass along with it, so you will be heavier most undoubtedly.

Now does that mean you'll never be able to play sports? Absolutely not, you'll never be at the 100% of your pre-surgery but you can be close to it, with a lot of people saying they're at least 90% or closer. But the real question is, were you even close to peak athletics when you were pre-surgery? Because if you weren't and not even a professional athlete, it's not something you should worry about. A lot of people who undertook the surgery aren't even that physically active at least in terms of their peak capability at 100%, and would report they are physically stronger than pre-surgery due to the consistent PT, recovery, and training they did compared to pre-surgery.

Normal goal: (176cm) 5'9 with femur lengthening
Minimum goal: (173.5cm) 5'8 with femur/tibia lengthening

Plan in 2025~2026 when Precice Max comes and has some good outcomes.
