Is it possible to do physical therapy remotely? I plan on working during the consolidation phase (no way around this) and plan on doing physical therapy sessions online with a therapist in a time zone 2 hours outside of mine.

I have not undergone LL surgery and don’t plan to for a few years.

I think it would be VERY difficult to do physical therapy remotely. You could even do it with the help of a family member or friend, but alone the results just wouldnt be the same.

U need someone to help you push and pull to maximize the stretching
