Recovery time
« on: August 25, 2014, 12:33:21 AM »

I'm new here, I've been hanging around this forum for a few days now and decided to make an account to ask a question. I know the question depends on a lot of variables but if anyone could give me a rough estimate. . .

So, if a person decides to do leg lengthening with the internal method on the femur for a gain lets say of 3cm, how much time would it take him to completly recover to the point of walking/running/squating without a problem as opose to doing 5cm. I am not looking for anything above 5cm because I just want a slight increase and don't want other people to know that I had anything done. I'm short anyway, but I just wanna hit the 5'8"(173cm) height or at least the 5'7"(171cm) one and thats it.

U must be new, cause in the beggining everyone either settles for a lot or either for much less, its not worth doing below 4 cm especially when ure not 5'10"or something like that

If you are 170 cm and you want to do femur lengthening (which would be very expensive unless you do external, and external is more risky for your recovery when it comes to femurs), i think you should definitely go for at least 5 cm to make it worthwhile for all that money, it wont take much longer to recover or to lengthen, and people are still going to have a hard time to notice (except probably your close friends)

im 168, honestly if I was 170-171 or something like that I wouldn't even consider the surgery. my armspan is very long and my legs are short so in my opinion I look kinda of goofy  :-\

Thanks Wannabegiant, I would really like to go for the 5cm or even 6, that would be great but the more I'm reading the experience section on this forum the more I think I'll be going for the 3-4, maybe 5cm.

Sometimes our insurance is not enough to cover up our hospital bills. Some says that if you are a government employee like in military you’ll get good insurance. I don’t think so, can you still get it even when you’re not on duty? Find out more at: Military Payday Loans
