Knee pain after rod removal?
« on: March 21, 2024, 05:03:49 PM »

I had rods removed from both tibias and femurs about 5 weeks ago. My knees still hurt quite a bit though, one when bending and the other when walking. Anyone experience something similar? Granted one of my knees also had issues before the removal but the other was great :(

Give it time. It can take up to 2 years to fully recover according to cyborg4life. But doing tibia lengthening does give you potential long term knee pain by going trougth the patella tendon.
