Pretty much impossible to talk about this with anyone else.

I find myself frequently thinking back to the way I was treated like a subhuman when I was shorter. Even in social settings with friends you realize you were the guy that’s just kinda there. Especially when talking about dating or women came up, kind of just elephant in the room and you would just not fit into the convo on a serious level. And then just the usual of not being seen as someone to hit up or bother getting to know with friends of friends because there’s negative perceived value.

At least to me it feels impossible to let go of these feelings. I have a lot of contempt for both the social circle I had before and really just people in general now

I understand you, maybe not from a height level, but from a general "glow up" point.
You could have been treated different until your personality or face changes, and suddenly you're accepted.
At that point you feel if it's even worth it to engage with these fake people.

My suggestion is to find people that accept you no matter how you are, especially if they have disabled friends, minorities or how they talk about them, in a respectable way...etc.

Know that being less than someone is relative not objective. You're not actually less, they're the one who want you to feel that way.
