Mock up +6 cm femurs or +5 cm tibias

Both are conservative lengthening values, so it's the bare minimum i guess. It doesn't look too much, but reaching 165 cm tall to me would be a whole new life height, its difficult to be even shorter than the average women, being slightly taller its my dream.
The edit its an approximation, isn't that precise, and yeah, the gap between 5 and 6 cm lengthening looks more than 1 cm

Tibias. If you are doing this for dating/marriage you might have to accept any potential disproportion and do 5&6 since women consider 165cm to still be short.

No diffrence since 5'6 came with a lot more risk than 5'5, and idc i would still be short, i can use some high shoes, i just want to be normally short, not an outlier like im rn

Does the quadrilateral, lengthen by 1mm / 0.75mm per day (femur/tibia)? or only 0.75 mm / 0.5 mm per day?
