Any sub 5'3" (160cm) guys out here? Was LL worth it?

Has anyone here started at such a low height that you were still short after lengthening? Did you notice any quality of life improvements (better job opportunities, more dating success, more social respect, etc.) despite still being shorter than average and was it worth it in your opinion?

I have a higher starting height at 162, but I will be probably 168 after the lengthening so still short. But I think it's a big jump. 162 is not normal for a male. The bottom 3% of the male population is less than 164. So I will go from dwarf level short to "short, but still normal". This is what I think. My goal is not to attract women but to feel normal. My father is 169 cm and has never been addressed as short (but he's also from an older generation where these things didn't matter as today)

I think for a 155cm it will definitely be worth it.
Make sure you go for safety and only to an experienced surgeon.
No gain is worth it if you stay somewhat not functional.

I'm 162cm in the morning, 160cm evening. Want to do it and waiting for the new nail but still little bit scared, I think it's normal! I wear lifts 8 cm so I'm 168 in shoes. but I can be 168cm after the surgery and with lifts for 6 cm it will be 174cm that's not too bad so I think it definitely worth it!

Do you know where I can find info on the new nail? I think it's called Stryde X or Precise X but I can't search it here cause the forum search function doesn't allow for words less than 2 characters long. Full weightbearing is a must for me, the difference between having to be in a wheelchair or crutches for the first few weeks and being able to walk virtually right after the surgery (not normally ofc but still) must be huge.

It's called precice max and no one really knows when it comes out. The saying is early 2024 but who knows.

Of course. Remember going from being short to being average is always way worther than going from being average to being tall, and the latter even means little because if you can't feel normal or attract women being average you will def not feel normal or attract women either being tall

Yeah fully weightbearing is a must for me, setting aside the psychological impact of being on a wheelchair for the first weeks, not having to deal with muscular atrophy should make the process much safer and recovery easier
