Hi,

Got surgery back in April this year, finished lengthening at the start of September, did 9.5cm on femurs.

I can walk around ok-ish now, can climb stairs slowly and can go down the stairs even slower. All these things have progressed since the day I stopped lengthening so I'm confident eventually they'll return to normal.

One thing that hasnt progressed - being able to stand up from a seated position without pushing myself up using a table or a bed etc. When can I expect to be able to stand up from a seated position without using my hands to do so? Because right now I can't even rise a millimetre from a chair unassisted, I have to push myself up using my hands until I'm almost at the top already.
