I've been thinking more and more lately as my LL journeys finally close to starting at the end of it proportions right and everything.. I'm gonna have ridiculous small hands at my new height! Even now at 5'4 my hands are smaller than a 5'3 girl I went out with once.. Guys wtf? It keeps creeping on me every day I feel like it's all I'm gonna focus on once I get to my desired height. I know there are studies with stem cells and a surgeon or two that do dinger lengthening but probably not for cosmetic reasons and evenso I wouldn't trust an apparatus like that with something as important as my fingers so.. I feel doomed to be stuck with T Rex fingers all my life.. Anyone else experience this? If so how do you guys deal with it cause I've been getting desperate enough to look into HGH and such things that supposively make your hands larger if not longer least

Your hands also won't grow from HGH, as their growth plates are closed, they will only get thicker and uglier AND you'll need a few years of hardcore dosage abuse.

I know Dr. Mitkovic does toe lengthening.  It's not too big of a stretch that he'd do finger lengthening as well.

I don't know what you mean with this, but I haven't seen solid proof that penis size is correlated to height.


Small hands are small hands, and you'll learn to live with it. It's not that bad, if you only lengthen to a reasonable amount.

we have very similar hand size exclide,

mine are 19 cm in length and 9 cm in width, so im not worried about their bone size, but my hands have always been skinny, very little flesh mostly skin and bone. this is annoying, ive heard that in order to gain fat or mass in the hands you would need to get really fat because fat storage happens very late in hands or something, it will get to the stomach and face a lot earlier.

You think? i always thought a more fleshy hand would seem bigger and more manly, no girl has commented on my hands though so dont know. Sometimes ive felt insecure that they might feel bony when ive been holding hands with girls, but its no big deal.

Yeah same problem.. They look almost frail in my opinion so if not longer I wish I could make them larger

My biology teacher once told me your hands will get larger if you use them for hard manual work for many years. That's why blacksmiths often had huge hands.

Micro fractures can be created in the bones of the hands by hard physical work, and, when they heal, the bones are slightly larger than before. My grandfather is 5'9 or 5'10. He did a lot of hard manual work in his life and has hands much bigger, with fingers much longer, than those of my 6'2 father.

Don't know how I would exactly do labor like that being a businessman.. I did few years in the marine corps but l that did was make them rougher.. Guess my only hope might be lengthening one day..

I'd say they are perfectly normal, a bit small for your height maybe, but still normal. I don't think it has anything to do with your nutrition.

I don't think they're by medical definitions small enough but statistically I'd say so, I'm 5'4 my hands 16.5 in length and pretty much everyone guy or girl my height even below have longer hands than myself so 5'10 at only 18 you're on the extremely small hand size bro

I think I'm missing something on this thread...my hands are 20-21cms and they look freakishly long btw. They're longer than many guys at 6'2'' or something. I compared it with a friend that height once lol.
Guys at less than 5'7'' with 18cms hands aren't small at all.

According to this source 19 length and 9 width are average then 21 length and 10 width are 95th percentile and 17 length with 8 width are 5th percentile.

Mine are 8 width and 18.5 length and im definitely worried about them looking even more frail after surgery.

Yeah man I know what you mean my dad got much bigger and sturdier hands than me. I think older adults have rougher hands in general probably from a lifetime of useing them, most people my age got the same lean softer hands as me. I do feel my hands are a bit small though always sucked at carpenting in school as well.
