Just don't do tibias. They heal way slower, have a much higher complication rate and the height potiental is lower. Lengthening above 5-6 cm is gambling with your health for minimum gain. You might think about proportions but other don't.
6cm+ on tibias might be unsafe. Lengthen and observe though. You should have just done 8cm on femurs, tbh. Now you're wanting to do a whole other surgery that is more unsafe than the previous one
did 5cm on femurs not 8.
Dealing with this right now. Did tibias after femurs and the extra height is definitely worth it but my arms are noticeable smaller (at least to me). Will probably get humerus lengthening in the next year so I won't have to worry about it.
How much did you do with each segment? What’s your wingspan vs height now? Most people won’t notice your wingspan unless your hands don’t go reach the bottom of your torso
7cm on Femurs, 6cm on tibias, wingspan is about 4 inches shorter than my height now. I know most people probably won't notice but I do notice, especially when I'm sitting have my arms laying on my legs and how I'm unable to reach things as easily off the ground now.
I see a lot of tall guys have short arms. Like having now observed this regularly since investigating LL, it seems guys over 190 often have arms that don’t reach past their crotch….
