Can you tell us a bit about yourself?  How tall are you and what makes you want to do this?

I went with Becker and I can tell you as a female you will feel very safe and comfortable with him and will also feel safe being in Germany....a modern country.  I get bad feelings when women go off to places like Turkey or India.

Are you a female yourself? If so, what made you do LL considering your starting height wasn't short for a female at all?

You can ask for spinal if you don't want them to knock you out.

She asked for help about the procedure, not if you like the idea or not.

This procedure is for people who want to become taller, gender doesn't matter, life is much more than dating, and dating is much more than the narrow point of view of "INCEL" or "blackpill" people.

I'm sorry for the offtopic.

Note: at this moment I'm only a "pretender", I want to know more about this interesting procedure. Hopping to become 185 cm (6'1'') from 174 cm (5'8 ½''), but it is too expensive.
My sitting height is 92½ - 94 cm (36''½ 37''), my length of legs is 81 cm (32'') and my armspan is 180 cm (70'' 7/8).

Have you seen the doctor's CV? In this forum, people for some reason don't like to broach this topic. Most people here who went there did so because it's weight bearing and probably shut off their logical faculties because they were so desperate to finish this asap.

Youll be fine. Highly doubt you would get a FE from this. Plus your going with betz so theres no way he wouldnt be able to detect a FE early before it gets bad

As far as anaesthesia goes, just be open with your doctor about any medications or supplements you are taking to make sure they don't have negative interactions with the anaesthesia.

No, it doesn't. It goes in your spine (back) so how can you get dizzy from it? I took spinal and I was fully awake during the procedure and can feel the vibrations of them drilling my bone canals. Didn't have any side effects. There are risks with spinal as well but dizziness is not one of those.

Hi.
You can expect to fall asleep instantly once they inject their stuff to your iv.
Waking up can be with pain, but you can ask for a nerve block up front. They do want to see you wake up and able to move your toes before they do the nerve block.  So you may have some pain for few seconds or minutes from waking up until the block works (matter of seconds to 1 minute).
This block completely numbs your legs so no pain at all.
After 24 hours the pain gradually appears. By then you can manage with pain killers, usually opioids, by mouth.
The general advice is to take pain killers before the pain really sets in, that way you don't "wake up" any nerve pain pathways... This may be the situation for few first days. After that the pain gradually decrease.
You also may feel nausea when waking up. They can give you something for that.
You may also feel some soreness swallowing because of the tube for inhalation they insert (if they do it).
The overall experience of LL makes the anesthesia part and anesthesia recovery really a non significant part..
Good luck

Someone who has a strong history of working as an ortho surgeon with specialisation in deformity correction and LL. There are so many in Europe. But most don't have weight bearing nails.

And if you're meeting a doctor, ask him for their complication rates. For each complication ask him how many he has dealt with. If he hasn't dealt with a complication then he might not be good at handling it.

A lot of people have all kinds of surgeries and they do fine. You shouldn't worry too much about anesthesia (general or spinal). You'll be fine.

Yeah. I am really surprised by the incel/blackpillistic view that if you are unattractive you are a life loser. Life is way much more than how attractive you are. Many people are considering this surgery just for self-satisfication instead of how many heterosexuals they will be able to attract. I am really tired of these incel viewpoints tbh, like if you are under 6ft you are not a man, if you can't mog women into oblivion as a man height-wise you are not a man(ntm this viewpoint is saturated with male chauvinism as well, like a man must be stronger than women or he is not a man), etc....

Just go for General Anesthesia. You sleep and wake up it was done.
Before LL surgery, you may want to do your own health checkup for any underlining illness and bone density.
This is to ensure you are healthy and bone density within the normal range.

Dr.Becker will provide blood thinner medication to prevent PE.
You are also encouraged to walk with crutches post operation.
You are not totally sitting on wheelchair or laying in bed.
You need to go daily PT when move to Rehab.

I've never had an operation in my life and I'm very afraid of general anesthesia, although it's better to go asleep during the surgery rather than being awake and aware of how surgeons are operating on your legs. I'm afraid that when I get knocked down, I will never wake up again, i.e. die in deep sleep.

I have went through general anesthesia once. It's really nothing.
After being injected with a shot while lying down on a stretcher bed, medical employee told me to close my eyes and count from 1 to 10.
After counting up to 3, I passed out. I gained consciousness few minutes after surgery has finished
and was carried to the hospital bed with a wheelchair.

That passing out moment is also scary to me. Does it happen instantaneously? Like, you're awake but suddenly knock out without even realizing it? The thing is you're aware that you're gonna pass out in a couple of seconds and that's what terrifies me.

You will wake up cos the hospital and Anesthesiologists will perform Pre-Surgery test to tailor the dose for you.
All surgeries will have risk, no one can tell you it is zero risk.
If you have no courage or intense fear, i think it is better not to do it.
Accept and love yourself.
