Respectively, Cleary there are problems that occurred(s) within this company. I can understand one to defend their interests however you write consistently from a reactive stance and less from a proactive position.
These people, dare I say some to be quite naive pay vast amounts of money for a service that quite often does appear to be substandard.
It frightens me if a patient were to lose a limb, or a fatality were to occur under your watch.
Since you are valiant in the defence of this company, the onus lies with you for change.
When there are problems in this company, we have a structure that does not deny it and tries to identify the problem and solve it as soon as possible. What we/I are doing in this forum is not a defense of "interest", but to demonstrate an unshakable stance against defamation accompanied by insults. If I seem less proactive and more reactive here, it is because very few of the criticisms we have received so far are well-intentioned, constructive and concrete. It is commonplace to appear reactive in an environment where we are under constant and organized attack by shadow reputation assassins. The patients we serve know very well how proactive I am in resolving a problem, even if it is against our interests in the field.
The standards set for medical services, whether domestic or abroad, are generally determined by an international and generally accepted legislation that imposes responsibility on all parties. For example, there are some standards set for a medical product, and if this product does not meet one of these standards, the certificates and permissions required for the production and marketing of the product are not given. The same is true for any medical service. Where a medical service does not meet the standards, the law imposes sanctions on the service provider. Our encouragement to the parties to apply to the competent authorities very clearly if a contractual right has been violated, shows how much we trust our service standards in fulfilling the responsibilities imposed on us by the contracts and the law. If the instructions of our professionals are followed, the rates of successful results we have achieved with these service standards are obvious and this reinforces our confidence.
We have a very clear and transparent informing/clarifying policy about possible complications/risks and not hidden behind any glitter and shiny advertisements. We state that there are some risks arising from the nature of any surgery, not just lengthening, and that it is impossible to reset these risks, and that these complications/risks can be minimized only with the precautions to be taken. Therefore, no matter who you are under your supervision, if you are undergoing an operation, the things you should be afraid of do not change. Fortunately, our number of surgeries/complications rates are quite good.
In fact, what I was doing here was more to fend off silly allegations that had nothing to do with the company, rather than defend it. I have not defended the company against any constructive criticism and have just carefully noted them and tried to deal with them proactively. Because when constructive and concrete criticisms are taken into account, the developer is like a magic wand that makes the problems bigger when not taken into account.
Anyway, my purpose of being employed in the company and my position in this company is an indication of the company's desire for self-development. I have been with this company for two years and I have tried to implement the most courageous policies regarding change/development. Undoubtedly, there is no end to improvement, but what we are trying to do is to be better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today.
