If cleared to weight bear using crutches then yes.

Rods have a load limit. Find out that limit before you do anything load-bearing!!!

You can't and shouldn't do it, before proven with x-rays your're allowed to fully weightbear. Personally that's why I'm going to wait until I'm fully consilidated with flying home to my country.

With betzbone we were going up and down stairs within first few days
