Any tips to get walking faster

I just had my LON device removed and want to get walking with crutches as soon as posbile. Just wondering did you guys find anything extremely helpful or just general tips. Thanks guys

No idea about your question man, but have a bump. Id like to know, since I have internals in my tibias, is it possible to go overboard with PE? Sounds like its extremely important, but I think that going hard on your exercises might accidentaly bend something so
