either (tibia+arm) or (femur+arm), concurrently
Possible but you're probably effectively disabled for probably half a year depending on how long you lengthen, and even then you'd need to consolidate and undergo physical therapy for both pairs of limbs. That's difficult as, ideally, you'd want to be able to focus on one pair of limbs, and for legs to use a walker after some time of consolidation to move around instead of just being on your wheelchair all the time. You'd also probably need a round-the-clock caretaker for the first few months since it'll be difficult to move or even go to the toilet, because you wouldn't even properly be able to lift yourself.

Of course, this is just my take on this, I'm sure someone else with experience can have a better view on this.

Ideal goal: (178cm~180cm) 5'10~5'11 with two separate bilateral(femur+tibia) lengthening / (183cm) 6' at max safe goal
Normal goal: (176cm) 5'9 with femur lengthening
Minimum goal: (173.5cm) 5'8 with femur/tibia lengthening

Plan in 2025~2026 when Precice Max comes and has some good outcomes.

No it's not possible, you need your arms to move during LL.

No, you'll need your arms for the wheelchair, walker, and forearm crutches. Also for the stairs to hold onto a sturdy banister.
