Gnail (so a clicking nail very similar to his).

Good luck. Giotikas is a great doctor, and you're in good hands.

Good luck. Giotikas is a great doctor, and you're in good hands.

I’ve located exactly one publication of his related to the use of novel LL tech. And it’s just a conference proceeding. He’s certainly not Rozbruch (who is super fun to hangout with), Paley, Betz or Kandemir. But being Greek maybe he’s unlikely to cripple you. One of my medical students is Greek and can’t say he’s got any serious cognitive deficits  ;)

Number of pubblications have nothing to di with surgical skills. Some of the best surgeons I know have zero interest in clinical research.

You're not a physician. Have you actually published anything? If so; at what journal? The hallmark of surgical expertise is a peer reviewed case report at a reputable journal. Not a conference proceeding.

Only a soy paladin like yourself would prioritise been in the jew credit systems good books over being taller.

Oh noes some jew (((bank))) won't give me money for a mortgage now, whatever will I do?? Its very telling that for a dog like you, such a thing sounds like the end of the world, whereas I just laugh in the face of (((creditors))) and live my life the way I see fit.

1) No I wouldn't

2) Another loser crying for his mother, which on this forum equates to 'mods, mods , waaaa, mods'. Feel free to go back to 'not engaging', you weren't missed.

Yeah, you would. Your massive crippling insecurity shows through in every one of your posts. You have to put everyone down to feel good about yourself. The exact mold of an internet bully, a phase that died in the 90s that you still wear proudly.

You could be 8 feet tall and you'll always have the courage of a mouse and the personality of a massive jerk in real life. You're nothing more than a keyboard warrior with a megaphone. No matter how much you lengthen, you'll always be short in personality and hated by others.

This is a forum where people support each other, not tear other to pieces. I can't wait until you get banned and this place gets back to normal.

Welcome back to the forums doc!  I was torn between choosing you or Dr D to do my surgery.  I sorta wish I chose you but too late now..

do you mind expanding a bit on this? considering dr d strongly and this would be really helpful info. thanks!

Great surgeon, he’ll preform as good as a surgery as any of the US docs (at least for femurs, I did not research tibias). His front office is terrible though. He allows you to go home after 2 weeks which is great. But it’s hard to book a video appointment with him or ask him questions since you only have text communication with his assistant. And she’s like..pretty bad. She sometimes reply, sometimes not. I honestly don’t even know if she sent the x-rays I sent her to the doc or not. I send them over but never get a reply on how it looks.

Thats pretty bad considering you pay around 70-80k not just for the operations but also for the follow up.

every soy redditor's favorite insult when they are out of ideas: muh incel!

also good job height shaming yet again, taLLphags just cant help themselves cant they, let me remind you our boy here is doing 4 inches with a weight bearing nail and then will be doing 2 more on his tibias and will be taller than you in the end and unlike you is not rolling around on a wheelchair and laying in his own feces for 4 months because you cant risk breaking your flimsy precice nails using that walker

Yessir I agree. I mean granted,  there’s really not much you need from them aside from getting meds, which they do fine. But it’s like random complications you get worried about and want answers to and you don’t get. But to be fair, 98% of those are they get prob are “complications” that disappears after 2 weeks. But still, you just need reassurance from the doctor and it’s hard to get from this clinic.

i want you to understand that the only reason you are getting this behavior out of that assistant of dr D is because women in america deem any man that is not Chad as human trash and invisible

with every message that you send her you are taking time away from her from scrolling through instagram for outfit & makeup ideas and looking at rich Chads that she can like the photos of hoping they will DM her

if you were a chad she would be responding in 0.2 seconds to all your messages

for this unprofessional behavior she needs to be fired but you know Dr D probably banged her so now he cant afford to fire her or she will accuse him of a fake rape and destroy his career

But still, even if nothing serious is happening, you are still paying for a certain service you are not getting.  In that case it would have been better to pay 10-15k less for the same surgeon and be on your own

perhaps i can just get another local doc to review my xrays and whatnot to have as a second opinion / communications? i assume that would all be covered under insurance so cost shouldnt be a really large concern

I mean it's not that hard to understand if your X-Rays are messed up or if it looks good lol. And shes like a 60 year old women, shes way past her sexual days. They just need more assistants, prob hire a nurse practitioner to take over. But Dr. D is already cheap lol. I paid 70k flat for the procedure, which is cheap af in USA. Paley is like 100k, and you dont even see the actual dr after the surgery as well. They're super busy making $10 million a year.

Might be true but still, you are paying for a certain service which in the end you are not getting.  For Paley you pay for the follow-ups and pt and all the rest which YOU ARE getting ( the price tag is another thing). And I dont think that you or anyone who is not specialized in this field can notice if things go wrong ( besides some obvious stuff which even a bypasser could notice)

Bro Im not disagreeing with you lol. But I'll still choose Dr D over Paley any day for Femurs for a $30k difference. I can easily pay for good PT with $5k throughout 5 months. And yes you can notice when something is really wrong. It doesnt take a genius to know something is fked up and you NEED to talk to the doctor. I have some random pain complications, nothing urgent enough to DEMAND the doctors attention. But if I see on my X-ray my nails are bent, or my callus isnt forming, or I have 8+/10 pain, I'll demand the doctor and I'll get it. It's just if you ask simple questions like (hey my muscle feels weird these last 7 days on my right leg when I twist my legs outwards). She ignores those requests and just go like "might be the IT band". prob because she gets it 10x a day and everything always resolves within 3 weeks.

Also PT isnt required if you religiously stretch and do the strengthening exercises on your own. Im almost 5 cm in and I dont feel tight. I stretch 2 hours a day and 40 mins of strengthening exercises on my massage table. That's way more than any PT will do for you.

Bet you specialise in gender reassignment surgery.

That's if the whole claim isn't just BS ofc.

In a grown adult, lengthening slower will create better bone and accelerate consolidation overall.

I love lengthening at 0.75mm/day at the femur because the regenerate is absolutely thicker and better quality.

Though perhaps not best for heart health; AAS also promote "thicker and better" regenerate.

This is why our director at UCSF Neurosurgery makes claims strongly implying that non-neurosurgeons are not physicians. Not that I agree. But publication at peer reviewed / reputable journals is quote obviously non-trivial and indeed a way to evaluate the pearls of technique of a given physician. The better the technical expertise of the surgeon, the better patient outcomes will be. Evaluating a given case is a good way to learn more about the pearls of ones technique. Do you feel comfortable posting a link to what it is you've published? I realize you may not want to dox yourself. But some people at this forum are indeed with some of my recent works (bodybuilder et al). These aren't baseless claims.

You sound very conceited and prideful, the field of medicine says you should have interpersonal skills as well. Good luck man.

A surgeon’s technical skill ultimately determines patient outcomes (no clinician at this website would disagree with this). Interpersonal skills aren't nearly as important.
