Femurs or Tibias for running and soccer
« on: May 08, 2023, 01:38:18 PM »

Soccer is a big hobby of mine. I hope to still be able to maintain my current level (or atleast close to it) even after CLL. Will lengthening the femurs affect my soccer performance compared to lengthening the tibias?

I like playing tennis and soccer as well. I also want to know the answer. I watched some YouTube videos. Dr Donghoon Lee said lengthening the femurs is easier to regain athletic abilities compared with lengthening tibias. You can find this video in his YouTube channel.

Always do femurs. It heals quicker, you can gain more CM's, better athletic ability, less chance of arthisis and joint problems etc...
