I am 163cm or around 5'4" will going to 175.5cm or around 5'9" look disproportional?

wingspan-165cm (5'5'')

probably without arms being done and also depends on torso length but usually that ends up fine

Exactly any kind of tibia lengthening is going to have you looking a bit better than you were previously. I'd say it's the femur lengthening that you might need to do a bit more research at with respect to proportions.
