For almost 10 days, I slept with bending my legs. to avoid toes pain. I don't know if it's good or allowed and what results would be.

I guess you can but as you lengthen your bones it will become much more difficult to make your legs straight. So sleeping straight is better i guess. Which painkillers you takin?

I take Etodolac, but toes pain is kind of nerve pain, needs to take Pregabalin, but I don't know if ignore this nerve pain is good, what if would cause permanently nerve damage…… it's scary

But as you said, I worried I cannot straight my legs afterwards, but now is okay, my ligament is still good now, 2.3 cm so far

In my experience, the only real benefit of precise was sleeping position. You can sleep however you want, shouldn't be a problem. But avoid staying in the fetus position for many hours because it will make your flexors tight and knee bent.

Had the same issue. My doctor said I shouldnt bend my legs (especially knee) but it wasnt comfortable for me and almost impossible to sleep that way. During consolidation I got my full flexibility back so I didnt get any problems (except knee pain during lengthening)

more stretching and knee immobilizers for a few hours a day. it'll be pretty impossible to sleep with them on, but you can try. but after you stop lengthening, it should recover pretty quickly

Yeah, the knee pain is bothering me, but maybe because I sat all days for these weeks. (For using laptop on the table, so from today I'm using it on my bed)
