It helps a lot if you slow done the LL rate for the muscles and nerves to catch up
You should slow down to prevent ballerina feet

Thanks, but that is before I slow down.

Could you tell me who is your doctor? How soon does he think you'll recover?

past 5cm on tibia it's probably a good idea to slow down to 0.75 or even 0.5.

If you have nerve pain, you should not lengthen for some days, like 3. And then, start lenghtening again

The toes pain started from the second week, less then 2cm, and 0.99mm per day.
Before the lengthening started, after surgery my heels pain very much every night, like many needles stabbing. After took vitamin B1+B6+B12 some days, heels pain is gone, but toes pain even I still take vitamin B everyday.
Now the doc is giving Pregabalin, I'll use it after I get it.

that’s too fast for a tibia lengthening.

My advice is to shorten until the pain disappear, and then slow down lengthening

How is the pain so far? Does the nerve pain make the process really hard? How do you manage your nerve pain?

OP is likely a Live Life Taller victim. They are notorious for pushing patients to lengthen 1 mm per day on tibias when the absolute max you should do is .75 mm per day. LON method for tibia is the other dead giveaway.

DO NOT GO TO TURKEY FOR LIMB LENGTHENING

Once you’ve shortened and the pain disappears proceed at .7mm in 3 sessions a day. Have you been in for X-rays recently?

Do you have a report, analysis or 10 years ongoing research stating that no more than a distraction rate of 0.75 mm per day should be done from the Tibia? Because if you say that, it seems certain. I thought that the standard distraction limit is 1 mm, and can be decreased or increased depending on the individual. Please I need to see concrete evidence behind your statement. I have spoken more than 5 doctors and they all told me they distract 1 mm a day. 3 of them were American, and probably you must know some of them. I planned my lengthening time according to 1 mm. Please send those evidence, please. Thanks in advance. (Article or reports would be good)

Update:

I took my newest x-ray this morning.

The Precice is not "precice", by the machine I have lengthened 57.26mm. But the gap of my bones is 6.2xcm (the gap was less than 2mm after surgery), and the nails in my x-ray lengthened 6-6.1cm. So I decided stop lengthening from today.

Even I almost didn't work at all, but my nails bent still (and was at very early stage), but fortunately the bent degree didn't go much worse. Just a little.

My ankle cannot do much move, but it's since after surgery, not developed in lengthening time.

And the most annoy complication is my tendon adhesion, if I do less practice few days it's become worse, and even I do much practice everyday, it still cannot gone by soon.

Back to the first complication toes pain, it only happened for dozens days and it's gone totally even I didn't stop or slow down the lengthening, but I slow down the lengthening after I nearly reach 5cm.

Met someone who did Precice on Femur last year, came here to fix non-union problem. And he told me he walked for few months without any support, but the nails didn't bent.

About Precice flight:

I just read that somebody claims there may be severe pain in flights, but I did 2 times and beyond 10hours, no problem.

A bit painfull, nothing too bad, I did multiple 10/15 hour flights during CLL, just get an aisle seat with leg room (usually in economy these seats are up front near toilets), airline stewards are very helpful with putting crutches and ur stuff in overhead storage and will remove for you for toilet etc, keep some endone or tramadol (not illegal usually) in ur wallet and ur good to go.
Bring a water bottle fill it and maybe an empty one too, you can pee in it (cover up with the blankets they provide), if needed.
