best ll clinics in russia

What are the best clinics in Russia for leg lengthening?  I know that there are a lot of them, I wonder which one is the best, or is it worth doing in Europe?

I've been wondering, is it even safe to go to Russia now given the current climate? I was considering those doctors as very viable option, but I wouldn't want to get stuck in Russia...

No, it is not safe.  Don't go there for any reason.  China either.  Xi and Putin have turned their countries into Orwellian nightmares.  Everyone with half a brain is trying to get out.
