Is caretaker a must?

For people who did lengthening with precise nail, is having a caretaker a must or can the lengthening be done without one?

The first few weeks are going to be quite tough, you don't need someone 24/7 but it'll certainly help. Definitely few hours a day.
After that, you'll be able to do most things by yourself but there might be certain things you need help with. Personally I have someone coming about twice a week, around 1-2 hours each time.

From what ive heard if you have a weight bearing nail, no, but if you dont then yes. Of course it would be better to have one either way though.

goal: 173/ 180cm (8cm + 7cm if possible)
Primarily looking at Assayag for Femurs and Assayag or Paley for Tibia.
Plan to do Humerus between femurs and tibs too (Only 5'6 wingspan)
