165 cm height (5'4), 162 cm wingspan (5'3) | YOUR ADVICE

Hello everyone with such proportions, what limb lengthening operation would you recommend that would maintain reasonable proportions, note that the wingspan is less than the height.

I had a slightly smaller starting height of 162,5 and have the same wingspan (162). I did only femurs and reached out to 173,5-174cm. My body leg proportions looks good with this wingspan and I would assume 1,76-1,78 would do it as well. So you can definitely go for such a final height but than doing tibia and femur  :D

Crossing the wingspan can make you look ridiculous.
