I went back to my old life. Everything is fine. I will try to update when I find time.

Update

Today is 1 year since I had surgery. I go to the gym and I can do all the leg exercises. I walk outside the same way as before and no one would ever know I had surgery unless they saw the scars on my legs. I can climb stairs easily. The time required to run and jump is 2 years. It would be difficult for me to run and jump right now. If I have time after 1 year, I will update it. I'm glad I had the surgery. I haven't regretted even a single day. I try to respond to personal messages whenever I have time.

I have no regrets about having the surgery and I am satisfied. Because everything went well and my doctor was good, I exercised every day and walked a lot. Now all I have to do is run and jump. I feel better. I have no regrets. I still can't run or jump but my walking is normal as before. There isn't much to update anymore. I try to respond to pm's whenever I have time.

I will ask my doctor about this. I only remember the length of the my tibia, I wrote it in my diary. 20% of my bone was 7.2cm My tibia bone was shorter than my femur bone. My femur/tibia ratio was 1.34 After surgery now 1.3

It's been a long time since I've had an x-ray. I went to a hospital near me and had an x-ray. Nails will be removed after 6 months.

Not for me. This is a rule that applies to everyone. If you become this surgery, you cannot run or jump for 2 years after surgery. It is never recommended to do this and you will harm yourself. You can do this when your bone is as strong as before.
