Do you need to have a certain BMI? Does that affect yourLL journey? Also, do people lose weight during LL?

Im super happy that I stretched my hamstrings for months before doing this.  I wish I stretched my quads more.  So def stretch.

Eat healthy and do some light cardio.  Make sure your upper body is strong and you're not fat going into this.

Other than that theres really nothing that can prepare you.  You're entering into a whole other world for a period of your life.

Only other thing id say is plan and pack in a minimalist way that meets your needs.  Easy footware, stretchy pants that are easy to take on and off, want a haircut? bring clippers.  Very light laptop.  Universal power adaptors.  Long cords.  Clothes you could wash in the sink  and let air dry if you had to.

For the past month or so i have seen much improvement in my flexibility with the daily stretching. Also the process of getting used to daily stretching helps to build routine so body is not completely tight unflexible or shocked to going in and few days later doing long hours of stretching.

At 60 - 70 kg not too fat nor skinny. So i think it should be optimal.

I was thinking
3 Sleep shirts
3 Sleep pants
3 Outside shirts
2 Outside pants
3 Jackets
3 exercise pants
10 underwear
with the electronics and hygiene products as well

health wise is optimal, non smoker, drinking recreational but i wont do during LL, stretching after the surgery will be my priority. im thinking minimum 4 hours anywhere up to 7 if i can handle it

why zinc and metal supplements?
i was thinking of drinking milk daily during LL for natural calcium

Id cut this down.  1 jacket, 1 sweatshirt, 1 pair of pants with some stretch to it, joggers are a pain in the ass to get on and off.  Also a pair of athletic shorts.  Trust me pack light.

I have like 5 pairs of boxers and 5 shirts.  You just wash them.  I do it in the sink and throw them on the floor to dry.  Hotel has laundry service too.
