Does it have any effect on recovery? For people on antidepressants currently can you do LL or u have to stop that first?

I would stop all medication. Antidepressants especially, as they are one of the worst medications to get anyways. Also, I'm not sure but antidepressants may delay bone healing (I'm not positive on this)

I wouldn't ever go on anti-depressants in the first place. Would be extremely hard to stop.

They're not contraindicated.  You can take them before, during, and after LL.

I don't think it will be a problem. Still, ask your doc.

The only correct answer is to consult your doctor. I would assume the more mild ones like SSRIs would not be an issue, I’ve had surgeries on them. But some of the stronger ones could be a different story. I really don’t know though.
