« on: December 17, 2022, 05:15:32 PM »

Im been thinking  in doing tibias but things have in my mind.. 10 years ago when jogging (I think I didnt in the right way) felt so much pain in the achilles tendon, I just stop after that maybe a year later I suddenly woke up, eas so cold and my body warm, didnt stretch or warmup felt like in the achilles hurt again, but I back hotwater and ir just disappear, so I can jump, I can run, and do everything, somethimes I feel like disconfornt that go away if I stretch,  but not sure it just in my mind or I hace achilles tendon, tendonitis or whatever.. does anyone have done it with a similar problem?..

Hard to know the exact reason you have pain in your achilles. You mentioned you performed a movement with the wrong technique which can certainly cause strain and pain. It is however unlikely that such a thing would resurface after an entire year without any indication in between. You also mentioned that pain dissipated quickly which suggests to me your problem was no more severe than sleeping in an awkward position. Tendonitis is a real thing, and if you feel it is chronic I suggest you check your posture.

Please note that this is not medical advice and I am not a doctor.

If you are concerned about tendonitis and plan on doing LL I'd highly suggest going to a doctor that is not your LL doctor to get it checked out. I want to believe LL doctors indeed have our best interests in their mind but I like to err on the side of caution, especially when enormous financial motives are considered with little room for malpractice litigation from the patient's side. You don't want to end up with lifelong pain that could've been avoided.
