I just hope everyone
1. Be careful with your nails
2. That nail is easier to break than I thought. I fell down when I was bending over to tie my shoelace, and then it broke. If it breaks, you will definitely replace the nail.
3. Pay attention to rest, pay attention to diet, and supplement with health products, recovery may be better
4. In fact, some people can consider changing the support nails immediately after the elongation is completed.

I remember 1mm a day
But at the end
The doctor told me 0.75mm
I don't remember very well
My pull-up time went on for about three months

Thanks for your reply.
I understood that your PRECICE 2.2 broke.

Did they replaced your Precice nail to a weight bearing nail? And did they charge you for this?

Cuz you lengthened the maximum amount. It requires significant amount of time for that much continuous new bones to fully generate, for any age. However it seemed you started to mobilize too soon within 3mo of consolidation? Going out with family, picking up kids were way beyond what you're supposed to do during recovery.

IMO causes are: max 8cm lengthening, little recovery time, excessive movements during consolidation, careless act of lacing your shoes causing the IM nail to break, your age; from most to least significant.

I think you should be mobile during consolidation that would promote bone healing. Bones need compression forces.

Have you tried stem cells, bone grafting or bone stimulator devices like the one below?

If I break a nail (Precice) and have to replace it, how much will I have to pay? I am worried that it is expensive...

You have to walk in order for the bone to grow but with precise you can’t and I think that’s why it’s not growing. I would advise to change the nail for a weight bearing one as so my as possible and walk as much as you can every day

I also want to know his calorie intake. How much calcium, vitamin D3, K and B did he comsume? Dr. Assayag compares caloric intake in height-lengthening surgery to running all day.  One needs a lot of protein intake to support bone growth.
