Printed papers with the names of the hospital, hotel, and physiotherapy addresses on them
Oculus quest 2 VR headset (not sure what games you can actually do while stretching your tibias and seated tbh though?)
Slant board (will they give me one in Athens? Will I even be able to use it with Precise in my tibias?)

Stuff to buy after I come to Athens:
- protein powder
- chia seeds
- order on german amazon a small foot pedal machine to Novotel hotel in Athens
Which items would you add or remove from above?
Probably will go to Novotel in Athens to do precise tibias, not sure what is worth just leaving back in the USA and not bringing to Athens
this guy is also suggesting getting some other stuff (maybe to get after I go to Athens?)
- shower chair with raised handles (hadn't thought of that, but in Athens the shower chair they give us does not have handles. If I use the novotel non-handicap room then it does not come with a shower chair)
- urine bottles (I have my old one)
- bath wipes (I can buy this easily in Athens after I come on efood/wolt)
- he recommends large plastic container for brushing teeth etc (probably a good idea, I mean I use my pee bottle to spit into sometimes when I'm lazy and don't want to go to the bahtroom)
- toilet seat raiser
- toilet seat stool for feet (probably a good idea? not sure, right now during femurs I actually use two rolls of toilet paper to put my feet on)
- he recommends a KT massage ball and massage stick, not sure how much better that is than cold pads + massage gun
- stretching strap (I already have one from femurs)
- he recommends resistance bands, not sure how much better this is compared to a small pedal machine, unsure what additional benefit it gives
